T-A Pro® Drill and Chamfer    
The T-A Pro drill and chamfer holders provide the ability to drill and chamfer a hole in a single operation, eliminating the need for secondary operations like chamfering and/or deburring. These holders offer a competitive advantage with the large range of diameters that can be drilled and chamfered with a single tool—delivering more flexibility out of a single drill body without sacrificing performance.
  • Provide a 0.040"(1.0 mm) x 45°(minimum) chamfer for various thread specifications.
  • Chamfer/edge break the top of the hole to reduce secondary deburring.
  • Flute length of the tool being at a minimum 2xD offers ability to pre-drill for extended length holders from 10xD to 15xD.
