A key highlight of the booth will be Wohlhaupter’s automatic boring adjustment technology. Delivering automated diameter correction for precision holes with micrometer accuracy, the intelligent fine boring tool offers maximum precision, zero manual adjustment, and reliable lights-out performance.
Beyond the featured automation technology, Allied Machine will also launch the following new products:
- Solid carbide AccuPort 432 porting tools to provide a one-shot porting solution at smaller tube sizes with the opportunity to customize geometries and coatings.
- T-A Pro form inserts to deliver high-quality, chatter free countersinks for finished holes and chamfers for either final edge finishing or lead-in preparation for secondary threading operations.
- T-A inserts with a double wide chip breaker geometry to provide efficient cutting with reduced power consumption and confident chip control in challenging larger diameter applications.
